Duration of Preparation: 15 mins


3 medium Potatoes
2 medium Carrots
¼ kg frozen Peas
1 tsp Sugar or Honey
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black pepper
¼ tsp Cumin
1 Cup of yogurt
1 Small jar of mayonnaise
1tbsp Mustard
2 cups of water to boil the veggies


Peel the potatoes , carrots and cut it into small chunks
Boil 2 cups of water with ¼ tsp salt and cumin
Add potatoes,carrots and boil further for 2-3 minutes
Add peas and boil further for 2 minutes
Remove from fire and strain
Add cold water and strain again. Keep vegetables aside
In a big bowl mix mayonnaise, salt and pepper,sugar or honey,mustard, yogurt
Add the veggies to the mixture and keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours and serve it cold
