2 tins of creamed corn      
2 tins whole sweet corn
5 tablespoons starch
3 egg whites
4 chopped spring onions (green only)
3 cups of chicken stock
4 cups water 


Pour the cold water into a saucepan

Dissolve the starch by stirring repeatedly

Add whole corn (both types) to the mixture

Stir Stir Stir

Add Ground Cardamon and Cumin

Dissolve the chicken stock and add to the mixture

Chop the green onion stalks 

Separate the egg whites 

While stirring add the egg whites and the green onions 

Stir well on medium fire until it comes to a boil

Add a little water only if you find it's too thick 

Bring to a boil and serve
