Name and Type of Dish: White Sauce Chicken


Chicken Breasts (0.5 kg)
Butter (1 tbs)
Flour (1 tbs)
Milk (1 cup)
White Pepper


Place the chicken on a hot pan covered in oil. Keep on flipping it to the sides until it is fully cooked. Place it on an outer plate.
For the sauce, add butter to a pot
When the butter heats up and melts, add flour and keep mixing until you have a golden dough
Add milk, salt, and white pepper to the dough and keep on mixing until the sauce starts to get thicker
You can serve the sauce beside the chicken or on top of it
