1.Cut shami bread into squares and deep fry until golden
Marinate strips of chicken with onion salt and pepper and sauté with bay leaf cardomen and mastic in oil or butter
Yogurt dressing :
3 spoons of tahini
2minced garlic
1 1/2 lemon juice
Salt to taste
Mix well
On a serving dish put bread then chicken and yogurt over it
Decorate with pine and butter and parsley
1 pack Shami bread ( rich bake)
2 -3 spoons Tahini
1kilo yogurt
2 garlic
11/2 lemon juice
1 cardamom
1 mastic
1 bay leaf
Oil / butter
Pine or almonds Parsley
