Duration of Preparation: 40 mins
INGREDIENTS:
Meatballs Ingredients:
1 kilo minced meat
1 cup bread crumbs
1 finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 eggs
½ cup parmesan cheese
1tsp black pepper
1tbsp salt
HOW TO PREPARE:
Mix all the ingredients and shape the meat in form of balls
MeatBalls Sauce Ingredients:
½ kilo of tomatoes well crushed in a blender
½ cup olive oil
1tbsp black pepper
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1tbs tomato paste
In a deep pan put the olive oil
Add the onion and stir for 1 min
Add the garlic, crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper (do not add the tomato paste)
On another pan put some olive oil and stir your meatballs in till they get the golden color
Add your meatballs to the sauce and leave to cook for 10 mins
Add the tomato paste and leave to cook for 5 mins.
How to Prepare your spaghetti:
In a boiled water add your pasta and some salt and little oil
After it's cooked, drain your pasta
Stir it in some butter, salt, and pepper
