Name and Type of Dish: Shrimp Teriyaki noodles

Duration of Preparation: 30-45 minutes


500 grams peeled shrimps
A pack of glass noodles
Thinly sliced bell peppers(red, yellow and green) and carrots
⅓ cup of teriyaki sauce
1 tsp Minced garlic
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
Sesame oil
½ cup of thinly sliced green onion
1 tsp sesame seed
 Pinch of salt and pepper


 Soak the noodles in boiled water for about 5 minutes then strain and set aside
In a large skillet add Sesame oil and garlic then add the shrimps and stir fry until half cooked
Add the sliced bell peppers and carrots
Add the grated ginger, salt and pepper (don’t add too much salt)
Stir fry until fully cooked then add the teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and green onions
Add the glass noodles, stir and simmer for 5 mins then serve hot
