Name and Type of Dish: Seafood Tagine
Duration of Preparation: 1hr

INGREDIENTS:

100 gm fresh calamari
100 gm shrimps
½ thinly sliced onion
½ thinly sliced bell pepper
Garlic
Vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 large tomato blended with garlic and onion
Chili flakes (Optional)

HOW TO PREPARE:
Marinate calamari and shrimps for 30 minutes with garlic, lemon and vinegar Mix all remaining ingredients and place in a small baking dish
Cover with foil Place in a 180° oven for 30 minutes or until cooked Remove foil for 5 minutes to give colour
