the ingredients : 
A tablespoon of yeast
Warm milk for kneading
Three cups of flour
A tablespoon of olive oil
Pinch of salt
A tablespoon of sugar (to loosen the yeast)
How to prepare : 
Put the yeast in half a cup of warm milk with a tablespoon of sugar, and leave it for five minutes until air bubbles appear on it
Put the flour in a wide bowl, form a hole in the middle, and put the yeast mixture in the middle
Also put olive oil in the middle, stir the mixture and start the kneading process
You must continue kneading until the dough holds together
Brush the bowl with oil, and put the dough in it
Cover the bowl with a clean cloth, and leave it in a warm place to ferment, that is, until it doubles in size and may take from 50 to 60 minutes
We put a little flour on the table, then roll out the dough

Pizza sauce:
the ingredients :
Fresh tomatoes
tomato sauce
bell pepper
salt
black pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a blenderPrepare a round oven dish or a pizza tray
Using a wide brush
brush the plate with a little corn oil
Put the dough on the plate and extend it lightly with the tips of our fingers until we completely cover the bottom of the plate, then spread pizza sauce on the dough, then spread the pepper, olives, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Put the pizza in a warm place for 10 minutes. Install the grid shelf in the center of the oven, then preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 ° C. Put the pizza in the oven for 30 minutes or until it becomes golden in colour
