Duration of Preparation: 2 hours 

INGREDIENTS:

For the dough :
5 cups of flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 bags of yeast
2 cups of warm milk
2 tablespoons of olive oil
For the tomato sauce :
3 big spoons of tomato salsa
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt
Pepper
½ a tablespoon of vinegar
A pinch of thyme Oil Grated garlic
For toppings you will need:
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni
Green pepper
Tomato
Olives

HOW TO PREPARE:

To make the dough of the pizza start by mixing two cups of flour with one tablespoon of sugar and one teaspoon of salt and 2 bags of yeast
Mix them well then add 2 cups of warm milk and mix them with a spoon then cover them and leave them for 15 minutes to ferment
After 15 minutes, add the remaining 3 cups of flour and start mixing your dough by hand for at least 15 minutes
Then add 2 tablespoons of oil and keep mixing by hand for more 15 minutes and then cover it for 20 minutes and it will double in size
Now start to make your sauceMake your sauce first 3 big spoons of tomato sauce then one teaspoon of sugar, add salt and pepper and half a tablespoon of vinegar then add a pinch of thymes then add oil and grated garlic and put it on the stove and leave it to boil for 10 minutes

Now take your dough and put it in 2 circular or rectangular pans. Then add your tomato sauce and start by adding your toppings which are pepperoni, green pepper, tomato, olives, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese
