Duration of Preparation: 20 Minutes

1 KG of veal meat
2 large chopped medium cut onions
3 Cloves of garlic
Potatoes chopped into cubes
Chopped green pepper
Hot peppers (optional)
(You can add chopped carrots and zucchini if you wish)
Salt, black pepper, paprika, seven spice mix and nutmeg
Oil and margarine

Marinate the meat with a pinch of salt and black pepper and saute it in a pan witha spoon of margarine and a spoon of oil until it takes color
Make sure vegetables are chopped into large pieces and mix them. Season themixture with salt, black pepper, paprika, seven spices and a pinch of nutmeg
We prepare a tray or casserole dish and put a large foil sheet in it, making sure itcovers the whole mixture to suppress any steam
Place a butter sheet as well as a layer of foil, then place the vegetable along withthe meat on top. Once again cover the top with a butter sheet and foil
Place your tray into a preheated oven on high heat and leave it to cook. Cookingshould take between 90 minutes and 2 hours
You may remove the foil to brown the surface
 Serve with rice or green salad
