4 zucchini
3 carottes
2 potatos
3 cloves garlic
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper
Rosemary (optional)
1\2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
100 ml cooking cream


Cut the zucchini , carottes and potato into very thin slices
Preheat the oven
In a small cooking pot mix your milk with the flour, on medium heat add salt and pepper , add Rosemary
Add shredded cheese and cooking cream
Turn to low heat and let it cook till it starts to thicken
Put the sliced vegetables in a pyrex tray and mix half the sauce with it , with the other half drizzle on top
Put the tray in the oven on 400 f , till the top gets red or wait half an hour

 Finally enjoy!!!
