Duration of Preparation: 45 minutes 


1 kilo beef fillet
2 green peppers 1 big onion
Fresh garlic or garlic powder
Onion powder
Ginger powder
Salt & pepper
Dark soy sauce
Light soy sauce


Slice the beef into strips or cubes
Place the beef to a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder or fresh garlic, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of ginger powder, salt and pepper to taste and finally add some light soy sauce and mix them together, cover it and leave it to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour
Slice the green peppers and the onion into any shape you prefer
Heat the pan with some olive oil add the beef and stir fry it till its cooked and let out all of the juice once that happens remove the beef in a side bowl with the beef juice included, in the same pan stir fry the vegetables but make sure the onions are not transparent or brown once done add the beef again in the pan and add ¼ cup of light soy sauce and ½ a cup of dark soy sauce and add 1 teaspoon of molasses or brown sugar and ¼ teaspoon of starch mix well together and once the sauce thickens it’s ready to be served with some basmati rice or noodles
