Moroccan Harira Soup

Duration of Preparation: 20 mins

INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken breasts
6 large tomatoes
1 onion
1 tablespoon
olive oil
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup of lentils
1 cup of chickpeas
1 to 2 stalk of celery
1 teaspoons cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoon black pepper, salt , turmeric
4 cups of water
1 bunch of cilantros
1 bunch of parsley 

HOW TO PREPARE:  

Soak the chickpeas and the lentils, while cutting the tomatoes, onion, & celery into small pieces
In the cooking pan put the oil to cook the chicken then add everything including the water except the cilantro & parsley
Cook on low heat for 40 mins
Wash the parsley & cilantro well & chop into small pieces
Add them in the last 15 mins to remain freshly green
Annnnd voila Enjoy!
