Healthy Pancakes

Duration of Preparation: 10 mins   

INGREDIENTS:  

2 bananas
2 eggs
1\2 cup of oats
1 sachet of vanilla
1\2 teaspoon baking powder
You can add walnuts or fresh fruits
You can add maple syrup or honey  


HOW TO PREPARE:  

Combine the peeled bananas , eggs , oats, vanilla & baking powder
Blend the mixture until it is smooth
Leave for 10 mins until it thickens
Use a non stick pan over medium heat Or a little bit of olive oil
You can serve with fruit & maple syrup
