Duration of Preparation: 1hr 30m (including marination)


200 gm beef fillet
1 tbsp shawerma/Arabic spices (cumin, mint, cinnamon, coriander, salt, pepper, cloves)
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp yoghurt
Chillies and garlic to taste
Garnish: onion slices, sumac, 1 tbsp yoghurt

Marinate beef with spices,
yoghurt and vinegar for at least an hour.In a non-stick pan,
cook the beef with no oilAdd half a tsp of vinegar to online slices and mix with sumacServe the shawarma on rice (preferably brown)
then add onion slices
sumac and drizzle with 1 spoon of yoghurt
