Egg Pancake

Duration of Preparation: 10  minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 banana
1 egg
Pinch of baking powder

HOW TO PREPARE:
Blend banana with egg till smooth and voluminous
Add a tiny pinch of baking powder
Using an ice cream scoop
cook small pancakes in a non stick pan over low medium heat for a few minutes on each side
Drizzle honey and eat alongside sliced apples
