Cinnabon

Duration of Preparation: 1 hour 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup of warm milk
¼ cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of yeast
1/3 cup of butter
1 egg
1 pack of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
2 cups of flour
Warm butter ( for spreading ) 

Filling : 

1 cup of white or brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 small bottle of whipping cream
Topping:

8 cubes of cheese ( Kiri)
¼ cup of warm butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 pack vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Some milk 

HOW TO PREPARE:

Add ½ a cup of warm milk to a bowl
add ¼ cup of sugar to the bowl
mix well
add 1 tablespoon of yeast to the bowl with warm milk and sugar mix
cover the bowl and leave it settle for almost 10 min
To check if your mixture is ready foam will cover the top of the mixture
add 1/3 cup of melted butter the bowl
add 1 egg
add 1 pack of vanilla
add 1 pinch of salt
mix very well
After mixing, add 2 cups of flour
mix well until a not so sticky dough forms
go to the counter and spread some flour on the surface
place your dough on the counter and sprinkle some flour on top
start kneading
keep kneading until it is a bit sticky ( not so much )
put it back in the bowl and leave it to settle for 30 min
it will almost double in size
use your roller and try to roll the dough into a rectangle
spread soft butter on the surface of the dough for the filling to stick
add your filling
press the filling into the dough and butter very hard so it doesn’t fall out when you start rolling
start rolling your dough into a roll
cut your roll into pieces
spread some butter on the tray you are going to put the butter in
add your pieces
leave some space between one piece and the other because when they settle they will get bigger
let the pieces settle for 10 more minutes
place your tray into the oven of 200 degrees for only 10 minutes
take your cinnabon rolls out of the oven and put 2 tablespoons of whipping cream onto each piece
place your tray again into the oven for another 10 minutes
while the cinnabon pieces are in the oven make your topping
Take out your cinnabon pieces from the oven
let them cool
start plating by adding the topping onto the pieces
add any sauce of your choice ( optional )
